Here is my picture for 6/5. We were driving north on Co 145, it’s the highway that takes you to Telluride. There was a forest fire burning on the other side of these mountains by US 550 between Durango and Silverton. The smoke from that fire made my eyes burn and created a haze that made it hard to see into the distance. Even in a haze, the rocky mountains are awe-inspiring.
