We went for a short road trip this week, that’s why my picture of the day is getting posted late. Here is my picture for 6/4, it looks at Tower Point across Little Ruin Canyon in Hovenweep National Monument. The trail loops around and crosses Little Ruin Canyon, if you look closely you will see people on the other side of the canyon. The ruins here are nothing like you would see at Mesa Verde, they are much smaller in scale. This is a place you must set out to see, it’s not close to anything. We found it worth the trip.
