I’ve walked the trail around VA Park countless times over the years. Last week, after a rainy night, I noticed a cement trail marker with water-filled letters for the first time. It was shocking to realize I’d never noticed it before. Now, I can’t pass it without wondering about its purpose. I took a few shots and used one for my 07/17/24 postcard. I’m guessing it’s a marker for VA physical training with a starting point four football fields away.
