My wife decided not to walk with me because of the weather, which saved her some discomfort, but she missed seeing the city differently. Despite the weather, the streets were not empty, and cars were moving cautiously along the wet roads. My postcard for 03/26/23 is the view looking east on Phoenix Avenue with a flurry of snowflakes swirling through the air. The street below is wet, reflecting the dim light of the overcast sky but not yet fully covered in snow.
