Frosted Bloom

My 04/08/26 is a rose that opened ahead of its time, drawn out by warmth that didn’t last. The cold came and caught it mid-bloom, leaving the edges bruised and curling inward. What should have been smooth and full is now marked and uneven, but that damage gives it character.
