While walking through Nob Hill on Halloween, I spotted four skeletons climbing through the twisting vines and leaves of a screen door. Their outstretched arms and awkward positions made them look as though they were scrambling through the foliage. For my 10/31/26 postcard, I converted the image to black and white to emphasize the playful Halloween scene and mark the occasion.
