While walking south along University Avenue in the afternoon heat, I stopped to photograph some bees feeding among the blossoms. Then I noticed this bordered plant bug, its dark body and narrow red markings standing out against the plant’s softer colors. I made it the subject of my 08/21/26 postcard.
