On my 02/28/24 postcard, I chose to capture the essence of nostalgia with a modern twist in my postcard—a swing, not just any swing, but one that evokes the timeless charm of a tire swing. This choice springs from a treasure trove of memories from my youth, where tire swings were common, each tethered to the branches of trees. Admittedly, those swings were far from perfect. They often marked us with black marks that caused problems when we got home.
