My 06/07/26 postcard features one of Albuquerque’s most recognizable landmarks. The Pit is where they held my high school graduation, and over the years I’ve also attended many concerts and other events there. But it is best known as the home of Lobo basketball. For generations of New Mexicans, The Pit has been more than just a building; it has become an institution.
