On a chilly day, with the sun barely peeking through the clouds and a brisk breeze pushing southward, I discovered a yard on Valencia Drive brimming with dried sunflowers. My 01/12/25 postcard features one of their intricate seed heads, a reminder of nature’s quiet beauty even in winter’s grasp.
