Today’s chill was far more biting compared to yesterday’s snowstorm. The culprit behind this plummeting temperature was the gusting wind, with its relentless assault. My postcard for 02/16/23 is an image of Wilson Park’s frosted terrain, where the wind had created a thin layer of frozen snow.
