My 08/18/26 postcard is a group sitting across the street from the plaza, the noise and movement of Albuquerque’s 320th birthday drifting past them. Each holding their own space, sharing the same wall, the same sun, but not much else. It feels less like a celebration and more like a pause in the middle of it.
