We noticed a curious sight as we walked through the neighborhood of Nob Hill on our way to indulge in some delicious tortillas at the Frontier. Among the older homes was a strange tree face, accompanied by a sign that warned of an “attack duck” and the potential to get eaten. I couldn’t resist using this scene for my 02/25/23 postcard. Seeing playful and imaginative ways in which people express themselves is always delightful.
