Across Albuquerque, little community library boxes dot the neighborhoods, serving as hubs for book exchanges among residents. It’s not just books that find new homes through these boxes. I’ve seen DVDs swapped and, occasionally, items like seeds, toys, and even cookies offered to share with the local community. My 03/27/24 postcard captures a gnome engrossed in a book, perched on the edge of the library box on Ridgecrest Circle.
