The image for my 09/16/23 postcard is my wife on the trail to Black Volcano. We ventured west of Albuquerque to the Petroglyph National Monument for our walk. From this trail, the sights of Albuquerque unfold in a breathtaking panorama. Our treks in Sandia’s bolstered our stamina, letting us ascend to the top without stopping to catch our breath.
