My picture for 05/09 comes from a photo taken just after we left the Paseo del Nordeste Recreation Trail on Kiowa Ave. My wife and I walked for several hours, covering lots of miles in our big loop around the city. It’s not quite the same as hiking in the mountains, but we enjoy it anyway.
